The stuy objectives are:

 End-term Evaluation Report (EER) of the user satisfaction of the project,
 Project Completion Report (PCR) with special emphasis on economic impact
assessment, and
 Feasibility Study Report (FSR) for a next phase to further strengthen Agro-met
services.
